Consistent communication between Coach Lizzy and the athlete is the key to success!  Coach Lizzy will chart your progress, keeping you on track to reach your goals by regularly monitoring your daily workouts and receiving valuable feedback through your daily logs.

Triathlon Packages


Private Group Training

All group training sessions with Coach Lizzy are 60-90 minutes long.  There must be a minimum of three athletes and a maximum of 10 athletes to participate in group training. You may choose to work on one particular area or combine from the following options:

  • Open Water or Pool Swimming
  • Cycling
  • Running (Track/Trail/or Road)
  • Sport Specific Strength, Core, & Flexibility Training
  • Nutritional Consultation
  • Transition Practice
  • Heart Rate Testing
  • Equipment Consultation & Maintenance
  • Race Course Preview & Strategy
  • Season Planning
  • Athlete-specific needs

You may also choose the location of your Private Training: 

  • Home
  • Local Park
  • Beach or Pool
  • Track
  • Other Locations
    • Service areas include: West Seattle, Central Seattle, Greenlake, Ballard, Magnolia, and Queen Anne.  All other locations may incur travel fees. 
    • Private coaching sessions based on availability.  Every attempt will be made to accomodate the athletes needs.
    • Cancellations require 24 hour notice to receive full refund.
    • All sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase date.

Private Group Training Rates

  • 1 X 1 Hour Session:$35.00/HR-Per Person
  • 5 X 1 Hour Session:$150.00 - Per Person
  • 10X1 Hour Session:$250.00 - Per Person
