The Company prescreens with its technology a selected area with a number of mature oil and gas fields. The technology is cost effective and efficient and is integrated from various modalities, which allow complete screening in a very short time. The company selects the fields with the most lucrative reserves, accessible productions and the best infrastructure in place. Those fields are usually not known to other oil and gas companies/operators for their qualities and value, because it is cost prohibitive for other oil companies to pre screen. The company’s strategic acquisition team explores discreetly every avenue to make offers and negotiate to take over a field.  

Upon acquiring of the field, the company starts the redevelopment and ecological and environmental work up based on the accepted plan obtains appropriate licenses and permits as required.  The redevelopment of the field usually involves repairs of the existing infrastructure both above and in ground and alignment of the existing wells to the company’s prescribed oil recovery technologies. (See technologies)  The company constantly adjusts the recovery technologies through its R&D centers to the field conditions and qualities of the oil, flows and pressures resulting with sustained recoveries of oil matched to the potential of the actual oil and gas field.  While doing a measured plan recovery we simultaneously restore the in ground condition resulting in additional reserves and restore the environment.  With each stage, the company substantially increases the value of its properties (technology and oil fields) shareholders’ value and the overall value of the company.
